What we collect
We collect what you send us through our forms, and it is stored on our servers.
- Quote request: the parts you ask about, your name, email address, phone number, company and notes, plus any photo or file you attach.
- Contact form: your name, email address and message, plus any photo or file you attach.
- Trade application: your business name, contact name, email address, phone number and what you buy.
- Direct email: whatever you choose to include.
With each form we also record the date and time, your IP address and your browser type, which helps us stop spam and abuse.
How we use it
Only to respond to you. That includes answering your question, sending you a quote, confirming we received your request and reviewing a trade application.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it for anyone else’s marketing.
Website basics
This site runs no advertising cookies or analytics scripts. Like most websites, our servers keep standard technical logs, such as IP addresses and pages requested, to keep the site running and secure.
